Abstract

U okviru ovog zadatka izvršeno je upoznavanje s postojećim sustavom upravljanja agregatom 30 koji se sastoji od sinkronog generatora i dva istosmjerna motora, a nalazi se u velikom laboratoriju električnih strojeva. Predložen je novi sustav upravljanja koji koristi PLC i touch panel. Izrađen je sav potreban softver, a funkcionalnosti su ispitane na realnom laboratorijskom modelu. Implementiran je algoritam koji na temelju srednjih vrijednosti amplituda napona računa efektivnu vrijednost. Izrađena je sva potrebna dokumentacija. Ostvarena je ručna i automatska sinkronizacija na mrežu koja koristi algoritam čiji je cilj pronalazak najpovoljnijeg trenutka za uklapanje generatora na mrežu.

Abstract (english)

In this bachelor thesis a detail study of existing control system, consisting of synchronous generator, and two DC machines was performed. A new control system which uses a PLC and touch panel was suggested. All necessary software was made and functionalities were tested at the real laboratory model. An algorithm that calculates the effective value of voltage based on the average values of amplitude was implemented. All performed actions are documented. Automatic synchronization was built. An algorithm for automatic synchronization is looking for the best moment to plug in the synchronous generator at the electric network. Manual synchronization is implemented, too.
