Abstract

U radnji je razvijen postupak za numerički proračun i optimiranje zaletnih karakteristika asinkronog stroja temeljen na proračunu elektromagnetskog polja u stroju metodom konačnih elemenata. Za proračun elektromagnetskog polja primijenjena je dvodimenzionalna metoda konačnih elemenata. U proračunu karakteristika asinkronog stroja uzeti su u obzir trodimenzionalni učinci kao što su rasipni induktivitet čeonih dijelova statorskog namota, skošenje utora i utjecaj kratkospojnih prstena na rotoru. Nelinearnost magnetskog materijala je također uzeta u obzir. U cilju provjere metode za proračun karakteristika asinkronog stroja rezultati proračuna su poređeni sa rezultatima mjerenja. Razvijeni postupak je iskorišten za generiranje umjetne neuronske mreže s radijalnim temeljnim funkcijama koja znatno brže daje karakteristike stroja na svome izlazu nego što je to moguće dobiti primjenom metode konačnih elemenata. Korištenjem generirane neuronske mreže proveden je postupak optimiranja zaletnih karakteristika asinkronog stroja genetskim algoritmom. Nakon procesa optimiranja došlo se do stroja sa boljim zaletnim karakteristikama u odnosu na polazni stroj.

Abstract (english)

The procedure for numerical calculation and optimization of starting characteristics of induction machine is developed in this thesis. Electromagnetic field calculation is done by using twodimensional finite element method. The magnetic nonlinearity as well as three-dimensional effects (stator end-winding reactance, skewing reactance, resistance and reactance of rings) are included in calculation. The comparison of the numerical calculation results with measurement proved the developed numerical procedure. Numerical calculation results are used for generation of artificial neural network with radial basis functions. The calculation time when using neural network is dramatically reduced in comparison to the finite element calculation. The optimization procedure of induction machine starting characteristics is realized by using neural network and genetic algorithm. The optimization procedure results with better starting characteristic than these for the initial solution.
