Abstract

Opisan je novi pristup u uvažavanju događaja u postrojenjima prilikom proračuna pouzdanosti elektroenergetskih mreža, umjesto uobičajenog pristupa, kroz zastoje glavnih komponenata EES s vanjskim razlogom s obzirom da ne omogućava promatranje višestrukih zastoja glavnih komponenata zbog događaja u postrojenjima. Stoga je potrebno modelirati zastoje komponenata postrojenja.
Prikazani su Mrakovljevi modeli glavnih komponenata EES, a potom i komponenata postrojenja, te naposlijetku opisana analitička metoda pobrojavanja stanja za proračun dostatnosti proizvodno-prijenosnih sustava.
Prikazana je analiza pouzdanosti mreže Prijenosnog područja Osijek. Izračunati pokazatelji pouzdanosti potvrđuju opravdanost ovog pristupa. Dodatno je izvršena i analiza osjetljivosti pokazatelja pouzdanosti na promjene ulaznih podataka komponenata postrojenja.

Abstract (english)

The new approach in regarding station contingencies in reliability assessment of power systems, instead of the conventional approach, through the outages of major components due to the external causes which cannot consider the multiple station initiated outages of major components. Thus it is necessary to model the outages of switching station components.
The Markov models for major components of power systems are presented together with the models for station components and finally the analytical state enumeration method for adequacy analysis of composite power systems is described.
Reliability analysis for transmission area of Osijek is presented. The computed indices justify the new approach. In addition, the sensitivity analysis of reliability indices on changes of input data of station components is performed.
