Abstract

Magistarski rad “Lažni alarmi u zaštitno-alarmnim sustavima” bavi se proučavanjem problematike lažnih alarma u sustavima tehničke zaštite i to prvenstveno u sustavima protuprovalne zaštite. U prvom dijelu daje se definicija lažnih alarma i uspostavlja se odnos između pojavljivanja lažnih alarma i pouzdanosti cjelokupnog sustava. Slijedi matematičko određivanje funkcije pouzdanosti zaštitno-alarmnih sustava i analiza pouzdanosti sustava za različite konfiguracije sustava, prisutne u projektiranju i izvedbi zaštitno-alarmnih sustava. U petom dijelu obrađeno je predviđanje pouzdanosti zaštitno-alarmnih sustava, dok se u šestom dijelu govori o aktivnostima bitnim za upravljanje porastom pouzdanosti. Slijedi optimiranje troškova pouzdanosti zaštitno-alarmnih sustava temeljena na analizi troškova. U osmoj je glavi provedena analiza uzroka lažnih alarma, dok se u devetoj glavi iznose rezultati istraživanja provedeni u zemlji, a u desetoj rezultati istraživanja i iskustva stečena u upravljanju lažnim alarmima u drugim zemljama. Na kraju slijede analiza mogućih rješenja, zaključci i pravilnici za smanjenje broja lažnih alarma.

Abstract (english)

Master thesis “False Alarms in The Security Systems” are analyzing the ongoing phenomenon of false alarms in security systems, more specifically in intruder detection systems. In the first part false alarms were defined and the relationship between false alarm rate and the reliability of security system is established. Part defining reliability through mathematical functions follows and then, an analysis of reliability dependent on security system design, layout and installation procedure is conducted. In fifth part the explanation of the forecasting model for the reliability of security systems is given, and in sixth part activities important for reliability growth management are discussed. Based on cost analysis, the cost optimization of the reliability of security systems is introduced. In chapter eight false alarms causes are analyzed, while in chapter ninth and tenth the research results are presented. At the end the possible solutions and recommendations for false alarm rate improvement are given.
