Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se problematikom prijenosa podataka u sustavima daljinskog nadzora i vođenja elektroenergetskih sistema. Opisuje se postojeća problematika te se definira metodologija kojom se promatraju i analiziraju takvi sustavi. Ta metodologija obuhvaća sve aspekte prijenosa podataka, od analize pojedinih izvora podataka i njihove dinamike do analize komunikacijskog podsustava koji se koristi za prijenos tih podataka. Predlaže se općeniti konceptualni model prijenosa podataka kojim se definira osnovna struktura sustava daljinskog nadzora i vođenja. Model je baziran na objektno-orijentiranom pristupu. Također, ovaj rad prikazuje i primjer implementacije konceptualnog modela na računalu u svrhu provođenja simulacijskih eksperimenata vezanih za navedenu problematiku, odnosno za probleme kao što su nedostatni kapacitet komunikacijskih kanala, utjecaj različitih protokola, utjecaj povećane dinamike izvora i sl.

Abstract (english)

This work deals with the issues related to the data traffic in supervisory control and data acquisition systems for power system remote control. It describes those issues and defines a methodology which can be used to observe and analyze such systems. That methodology captures all the aspects of data traffic; it covers the analysis of data sources and their dynamics as well as the analysis of communication system used for the data transfer. A general conceptual model of data transfer is proposed; a model which defines the basic structure of power system SCADA. The proposed model is based on the object oriented approach. Furthermore, this work shows an implementation example of such model - a software tool, with the main intent to use that tool for simulation experiments that address encountered problems, i.e. problems like low bandwidth communication links, effects of different communication protocols, increased data source dynamics, etc.
