Abstract

Elektroenergetski sustav je vrlo veliki i kompleksni sustav u kojem se nalazi puno elemenata zaduženih za njegov ispravan rad. Elementi sustava se mogu pokvariti, te je posao operatera minimizirati njihov utjecaj na sustav kako bi sustav mogao dalje isporučivati električnu energiju. Koristeći N-1 kriterij sigurnosti može se utvrditi lista kritičnih ispada za određeni elektroenergetski sustav. Kao primjer testne mreže poslužila je IEEE testna mreža za ispitivanje pouzdanosti u svojem originalnom obliku od 24 čvorišta i to u režimu maksimale i minimalne potrošnje, te u obliku dvije povezane mreže u jednu cjelinu od 48 čvorišta. U radu je napravljena lista za oba slučaja, te su danji prijedlozi za moguća poboljšanja sigurnosti obje mreže.

Abstract (english)

The electric power system is very large, complex system which contains a lot of elements responsible for its proper operation. Elements of the system can break down and responsibility of system operator is to minimize their impact on the system so that the system continues to deliver electricity. List of critical contingencies for a given power system can be defined using N-1 contingency analysis. To simulate all operating power system conditions IEEE reliability test system had been used in its original form of 24 nodes and in the regime of maximal and minimal load, and in the form of two connected networks into a single network containing 48 nodes. The paper provides the list of critical contingencies for both cases, and the suggestions for possible improvements of safety issues for both networks.
