Abstract

U radu su prikazane mogućnosti i definirani su zahtjevi na sklopovlje i programsku podršku digitalnog sustava regulacije napona sinkronog generatora. Opisani su razvoj matematičkog i laboratorijskog modela, te rezultati mjerenja na digitalnom sustavu. Upravljanje naponom beskontaktnog nezavisno uzbuđenog sinkronog generatora obavlja se strujom uzbude uzbudnika preko tranzistorskog pretvarača primjenom çirinsko-impulsne modulacije. Za realizaciju digitalnog sustava korišten je mikroprocesor serije Motorola 68000. Mjerni podsustav A/D pretvorbom obrađuje tri fazna napona, tri fazne struje generatora i struju uzbude uzbudnika. Uz regulacijski algoritam u sustavu su realizirane i dodatne funkcije potrebne za rad sinkronog generatora: frekvencijska kompenzacija, kompenzacija aktivne i reaktivne snage, održavanje radne točke generatora unutar dozvoljenog područja pogonske karte. Djelovanje digitalnog regulatora napona sinkronog generatora je ispitano za karakteristične režime početne uzbude, opterećenja i rasterećenja generatora u autonomnom radu, te sinkronizacije, promjene aktivne i reaktivne snage i ispada s mreže pri radu na mreži. Razvijeni matematički modeli komponenata sustava objedinjeni su u jedinstven simulacijski model sustava korištenjem aplikacije "MatLab Simulink". Rezultati dobiveni simulacijom djelovanja sustava u ispitivanim režimima rada kvalitativno se dobro podudaraju s rezultatima dobivenim eksperimentalno na laboratorijskom modelu.

Abstract (english)

This work presents capabilities and defines requests on hardware and software for digital voltage control of synchronous generator. Development of mathematical and laboratory model are described as well as results of measurements on digital system. Voltage control of brushless separately excited synchronous generator is achieved by exciter excitation current through pulse-width modulation (PWM) driven transistor converter. Microprocessor series Motorola 68000 is used for building digital system hardware. Measurement unit, through A/D conversion, acquire three phase voltages, three phase currents and exciter excitation current. Apart from control algorithm, in this system several extra functions are implemented: frequency, active and reactive power compensation, keeping steady state within allowed area of generator's capability diagram. Operation of digital voltage control system of synchronous generator is measured for characteristic operation states in isolated work and in work on power network. For isolated work first excitation, generator load and unload were tested, and in work on the power network synchronization, active and reactive power steps, and network switch off were tested. Mathematical models of system components are gathered in common simulation model of the whole system using "MatLab Simulink" simulation software package. Simulation results of the system in measured operation states match experimental results in high degree.
