Abstract

Lokalni upravljački ormarić sadrži sve nužne uređaje za upravljanje sklopnim poljem i nadzor nad njime. Kao električno upravljanje rabi se elektromehaničko upravljanje. Komponente elektromehaničkog upravljanja korištene na razini polja u zajedničkom djelovanju s uređajima tehnike polja i stanice rješavaju sve zadaće upravljanja i nadzora. Mogu se ostvariti sljedeće važne funkcije na razini polja:
-blokada unutar polja i dojava položaja svih sklopnih aparata
-prikaz svih dojava i mjernih vrijednosti potrebnih za rukovanje i nadzor
-osiguranje svih pomoćnih strujnih krugova i strujnih krugova polja.

Abstract (english)

The local control cabinet contains all the equipment necesseary to control and monitor the switchgear bay. Electrical control is achieved by the use of an electromechanical control system. The components of the electromechanical control used at the bay level, together with the devices of the bay substation control centre, carry out all control and monitoring tasks. The following charateristic bay level functions can be implemented:
-full-locking local activation and position indication of all switching devices
-display of all essential operation and monitoring messages, including measured values
-the protection of all auxiliary current and bay circuits.
