Abstract

Tema završnog rada je upravljanje elektromehaničkim sustavom, koji se sastoji od pokretne trake, dizalice i stalaže, pomoću programirljivog logičkog kontrolera. U radu su navedene karakteristike pojedinih dijelova modela te je dan uvid u konfiguraciju i arhitekturu PLC-a. Također detaljno je objašnjen algoritam upravljanja koji je izrađen u funkcijskom blokovskom dijagramu te je opisan način izrade korisničkog sučelja. U ovom projektu korišten je Siemensov PLC Simatic S7-1200, a programski kod i sučelje napravljeni su putem programskog paketa TIA Portal.

Abstract (english)

The subject of the final thesis is controlling the electromechanical system, which consists of a conveyor belt, a lifting device, and shelves, using a programmable logic controller. In the thesis are stated characteristics of the parts of the model, and an insight into the configuration and the architecture of the PLC is provided. Also, the control algorithm created in the function block diagram is explained in detail, as well as the method of creating the user interface. In this project the Siemens PLC Simatic S7-1200 was used, and the program code and the interface were made using the program package TIA Portal.
