Abstract

Udruga roditelja Korak po Korak u Republici Hrvatskoj provodi CAP (Child Assault Prevention) program primarne prevencije nasilja među djecom. Postoje četiri vrste programa ovisno o skupini djece kojoj je program namijenjen. Program provode pomagači Udruge kroz aktivnosti u odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama poput vrtića, osnovnih i srednjih škola. Provedba aktivnosti sastoji se od tri komponente: predavanja za osoblje, predavanja za roditelje i radionica za djecu. Pomagači izvještavaju Udrugu o provedenim aktivnostima slanjem dokumenata protokola, evaluacije i zapažanja tima. Umjesto slanja dokumenata ispunjenim po obrascima, pomagači podatke unose u sustav putem web-aplikacije jednostavnog i razumljivog grafičkog sučelja koja predstavlja sučelje prema središnjoj bazi podataka Udruge. Pristup web-aplikaciji omogućen je pomagačima koje je Udruga pozvala u sustav, a prijava korisnika vrši se postojećim vanjskim korisničkim računom nekog pružatelja usluga. Pored pomagača, u sustavu postoje uloge županijskih koordinatora i ureda koji imaju dodatne mogućnosti poput pregleda profila pomagača i ustanova. Web-aplikacija omogućava generiranje dokumenata i izvještaja te računa statistike o provedbi programa po raznim kriterijima. Pri razvoju su korištene besplatne tehnologije i rješenja otvorenog koda koja su se pokazala dobrima. Planiran je daljnji razvoj sustava dodavanjem novih funkcionalnosti koje bi Udruzi proširilo mogućnosti korištenja aplikacije radi jednostavnijeg i transparentnijeg poslovanja.

Abstract (english)

Parents' Association Step by Step ("Udruga roditelja Korak po korak") is implementing the CAP (Child Assault Prevention) program in the Republic of Croatia. There are four types of the program based on the children group which it is made for. The program is carried out by the Association's associates through activities in educational institutions such as kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. The implementation of the program includes three components: staff lectures, parents' lectures and children’s workshops. Associates report successfully introduced activities to the Association by sending protocol documents, evaluations and team observations. Instead of filling in the data in Word templates, they use a user-friendly web-application that has a simple and intuitive graphical interface which represents an interface towards the Association’s central database. Access to the web-application is granted to associates invited into the system by the Association’s office, and user authentication is done using an existing external user account from a service provider. Alongside the associates, the system contains roles of county coordinators and executive associates that have additional options such as viewing associate and institution profiles. The web-application enables generation of documents and reports. It also calculates statistics about program implementation by various criteria. During development, free open-source technologies and solutions which proved viable were used. Further system development plans consist of adding new functionalities which would extend the Association's options in using the application for simpler and more transparent business.
