Abstract

U ovom radu analizirali smo ACCR ( Aluminium Conductor Composite Reinforced ) vodiče. To su vodiči s kompozitnom jezgrom, osmišljeni je kao izravna zamjena za ACSR i ACSS vodiče. Jezgra ACCR vodiča je izgrađena od aluminij-oksidnih vlakana, a plašt od legure aluminij-cirkonij. Započeli smo s opisivanjem karakteristika svih vodiča korištenih prije ACCR kao što su ACSR, ACSS, GZTACSR, AAAC i ACCC. Zatim se detaljnom analizom i usporedbom ACCR vodiča s navedenima došlo do zaključka da u svim karakteristikama potrebnima za kvalitetan rad poput više radne temperature, manje mase, manjeg provjesa, veće čvrstoće, manjih naprezanja na stupove koji nose vodiče, prijenosa većih količina energije te manjih gubitaka energije, ACCR je pokazao puno bolje rezultate jer kao kompozitni vodič svojom strukturom zadovoljava uvjete potrebne za zadovoljavanje svih potreba. U današnje doba se i dalje većinom koriste zastarjeli Al/Čel vodiči jer cijena kao ključan faktor velikim djelom odbija od upotrebe naprednih kompozitnih vodiča.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis we analyzed the ACCR ( Aluminium Conductor Composite Reinforced ) conductors. They are conductors whit an composite core , that are designed as a direct replacement for ACSR and ACSS conductors. The core od the ACCR conductor is constructed of aluminum-oxide fibers, a the sheath is an alloy of aluminum-zirconium. We started by describing the characteristics of all the conductors used before ACCR such as ACSR, ACSS, GZTACSR, AAAC and ACCC. Then through a detailed analysis and comparison of ACCR guide whit the others we've came to the conclusion that in all the characteristics necessary for quality work such as higher operating temperatures, less weight, less sag, higher strength, less stress on poles carrying the wires, large quantities of transferd energy and lower losses of energy, the ACCR has shown much better results because as a composite conductor it's structure has all the conditions necessary to fullfil all needed requirements. Today we still mostly use outdated aluminum /steel conductors because the price, as the key factor repels us from using the advanced composite condustors.
