Abstract

U ovom radu detaljno su opisani numerički zaštitni uređaji Siemens SIPROTEC i IEC 61850 komunikacijski standard namijenjen inteligentnim elektroničkim uređajima za zaštitu. Razvoj i nastanak standarda potaknut je potrebom za zajedničkim radom opreme različitih proizvođača. Ovaj rad donosi kratki pregled tog standarda te njegovih važnijih dijelova za primjer njegove primjene za potrebe relejne zaštite. Analizirani su osnovni principi zaštite elektroenergetskog sustava s naglaskom na primjenu komunikacijskih shema za povezivanje releja. Na primjeru nadstrujnog numeričkog releja Siemens SIPROTEC 7SJ85 i programske podrške DIGSI 5 prikazan je postupak povezivanja i gradnje male podstanice u offline načinu rada.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the numerical protection devices Siemens SIPROTEC and the IEC 61850 communication standard for intelligent electronic protection devices. The development and emergence of the standard were stimulated by the need for the joint operation of different manufacturers' equipment. This paper provides a brief overview and important parts for its application for/in protection purposes. The fundamentals of power system protection are analyzed with an emphasis on the application of communication schemes between relays. On the example of numerical overcurrent protection relay Siemens SIPROTEC 7SJ85 and the software DIGSI 5 the procedure of configuring a small substation.
