Abstract

Zbog razlike između proizvodnje i potrošnje, nepredvidljivih meteoroloških prilika, te moguće manipulacije cijenama električne energije na tržištu uvijek postoji rizik sigurne i pouzdane opskrbe električnom energijom. Jedna od zadaća operatora prijenosnog sustava je upravo da osigura sigurnu i pouzdanu opskrbu električnom energijom osiguravanjem dovoljnih količina regulacijskih rezervi. U ovom je radu prikazan tržišni način osiguravanja pomoćnih usluga za Hrvatsku, Austriju, Mađarsku i Sloveniju. Način osiguravanja pomoćnih usluga je različit za navedene države, a samim tim i cijena usluga je različita. U radu su također prikazane potrebne količine primarne, sekundarne i tercijarne regulacijske rezerve koje navedene države moraju osigurati za siguran i pouzdan rad prijenosnog sustava, te je prikazana usporedba cijena i količina između navedenih država.

Abstract (english)

Due to differences between production and consumption, unpredictable wheather conditions and possible manipulation of eletricity prices there is always a risk of a secure and reliable eletricity supply. One of the tasks of the transmission system operator is to ensure a safe and reliable eletricity supply ensuring sufficient amount of contorl reserves. This article presents a way of ensuring ancillary services trough market for Croatia, Austria, Hungary and Slovenia. Way of ensuring ancillary services is different for listed states, and therefore the price of services is different. This article also presents the necessary amount primary, secondary and tertiary control reserves that listed states must ensure for the safe and reliable operation of the transmission system,it also presents comparasion of price and amount between listed states.
