Abstract

Napretkom tehnologije broj senzora koji nas okružuje značajno je porastao. Pored toga njihova autonomnost i pouzdanost je narasla. U takvom okruženju je razvijen GSN, posrednički sustav koji skuplja podatke sa senzora te ih pohranjuje u bazu podataka. Sustav posjeduje i programsko i korisničko sučelje, međutim ni u jednom od tih sučelja ne administracijski dio. Namjera ovoga rada je prikazati moguću implementaciju administracijskog programskog sučelja putem REST arhitekture i implementaciju klijentskog sučelja na stranici weba. Prikazat će se prednosti korištenja REST arhitekture nasuprot servisima weba temeljenih na SOAP porukama. Pokazat će se i prednosti klijentskih programskih okvira poput AngularJSa nasuprot nekim drugim složenijim poslužiteljskim programskim okvirima.

Abstract (english)

With the advancement of technology the number of sensors around us have drastically increased. On top of that autonomy and reliability of such devices have increased. In an environment like that the GSN system was developed. It is a middleware system designed to collect data from sensor and to store them. GSN have both programming and user interface but both lack the administration part. The intention of this paper is to show possible implementation of programming interface using REST architecture and implementation of user interface using web pages. The advantages of client frameworks like AngularJS over server frameworks will be shown.
