Abstract

U prvom dijelu ovog rada objašnjen je pojam auralizacije te je dan kratak pregled povijesti auralizacije. Opisani su načini modeliranja različitih komponenata akustičkog modela, prednosti i nedostaci različitih načina modeliranja te četiri različite auralizacijske tehnike koje se danas koriste.
Drugi dio rada sastoji se od izrade računalnog trodimenzionalnog akustičkog modela crkve Bezgrješnog srca Marijinog u Zagrebu. Napravljeno je ukupno 5 različitih modela koji se razlikuju po poziciji i vrsti ozvučenja te akustičkoj obradi. Korištenjem programskog paketa Odeon Auditorium za svaki model su proračunati tipični akustički parametri prostora na 12 različitih pozicija slušanja, a posebna pozornost posvećena je parametrima razumljivosti, prostornosti i raspodjeli intenziteta zvučnog polja. Dobiveni rezultati uspoređeni su sa subjektivnom ocjenom kvalitete zvuka dobivenom od strane više ispitanika slušanjem auraliziranih snimki.

Abstract (english)

The first part of this thesis covers a brief history and explains the process of auralization. Different ways of modeling of the components of an acoustical model are described as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, four different auralization techniques are described.
The second part of the thesis consist of making a three-dimensional acoustical computer model of the church of the Immaculate Heart of St. Mary in Zagreb. Five different models have been made which differ in acoustical treatment as well as the position and type of loudspeakers used. Using the Odeon Auditorium software package, the typical acoustic parameters were calculated for each model at 12 different listening positions, with emphasis on clarity, spaciousness and the distribution of sound intensity. The obtained results were compared with the subjective evaluation provided by multiple subjects by listening to auralized recordings.
