Abstract

Zadatak završnog rada bio je napraviti sustav upravljanja laboratorijskom maketom robotske ruke. Za upravljanje se koristi PLC S7 -1500, tvrtke Siemens, i osobno računalo. Omogućeno je automatsko i ručno upravljanje maketom. Programski kod pisan je u programskom alatu Step7, dijelu programskog paketa TIA Portal. Napravljeno je i grafičko sučelje za jednostavnije upravljanje i nadzor makete. Grafičko sučelje napravljeno je u programskom alatu WinCC, isto dijelu programskog paketa TIA Portal.

Abstract (english)

The main task of this assignment was to make a control system of a robot arm laboratory model. PLC S7 -1500 (Siemens) and a personal computer were used for the control of the system. The system can be controlled manually or automatically. Program code was made in the software tool Step7, part of the software platform TIA Portal. Human-machine interface (HMI) was made for easier control and supervising of the system. The human – machine interface was made in software tool WinCC, also part of the TIA Portal.
