Abstract

Na primjeru postrojenja za proizvodnju farmaceutske supstance je opisano korištenje programskog paketa PCS7 te su objašnjene njegove karakteristike. U radu je bilo potrebno upravljati postupkom čišćenja i sanitiziranja pogona koji se sastoji od glavnog spremnika za miješanje tvari, pomoćnog spremnika za doziranje te spremnika za čišćenje. Upotrebom već stvorenih CFC funkcija se omogućuje brzo projektiranje, dok SFC funkcije omogućuju najvažniju karakteristiku PCS7 paketa – sekvencijalno... More programiranje upotrebom koraka i tranzicijama između njih. HMI projekta je kreiran u WinCC Exploreru te je Runtime upotrijebljen za simulaciju. Abstract (english)

This is an example of a plant for producing pharmaceutical substance where PCS7 is used as a control system and it's characteristics are described. Main task in this thesis was to control cleaning and sanitizing of plant made of main tank for mixing substances, auxiliary tank used for dosing and tank used for cleaning. Using premade CFC functions makes fast designing possible, while SFC functions are enabling sequential programming using step method and transitions between steps. HMI...
