Abstract

Neprekidne promjene opterećenja elektroenergetskog sustava, promjene uklopnih stanja te povećani udio distribuiranih izvora utječu na promjene tokova snaga pa tako i na naponske prilike u pojedinim dijelovima prijenosne mreže. Kako bi se dispečeri mogli kvalitetno pripremiti za svoj budući posao, u fazi njihove obuke statički simulator je neizostavan alat za kvalitetno i uspješno vođenje pogona. U diplomskom radu dana je teoretska podloga u vidu modeliranja svih elemenata mreže potrebnih za proračune tokova snaga pa tako i za izradu statičkog simulatora. Također, teorija obuhvaća dio o raspadima sustava, ali i o njegovoj sigurnost. U tom pogledu u radu su obrađene analiza N-1, estimacija stanja te tokovi snaga, prvenstveno Newton – Raphsonova metoda. U praktičnom dijelu rada, koristeći programski paket ETAP, dano je par primjera na jednoj jednostavnoj mreži, točnije sjeverozapadni dio Hrvatske prijenosne mreže, kako može doći do kaskadnih ispada ispadom jednog elementa te preopterećenjem drugih elemenata mreže. Potom je dan prijedlog kako se ti kaskadni ispadi mogu spriječiti pravovremenom reakcijom dispečera.

Abstract (english)

Continuous changes in the load of the power system and increased share of distributed sources affect power flows and voltage conditions in certain parts of the power system. Static simulator is an unavoidable tool for successful and high quality power system operation and control, that makes it possible for the dispatchers to be able to prepare for their future job. The thesis is composed of two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second practical. The theoretical part covers modeling all elements of the power system required for power flow calculations. It also contains theoretical background for power system breakdown and for its protection. Hence are included: contingency analysis N-1, power system state estimation and power flows (Newton – Raphson method). In the practical part of the thesis, the ETAP program package is used. The simple power grid (part of Northwest Croatia power grid) for simulating cascade outages is created there. Then a suggestion is made how these cascade outages can be prevented by the timely dispatcher reaction.
