Abstract

U sklopu Laboratorija za motorna vozila na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje napravljena je ispitna stanica za motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem. Kao opteretni stroj korišten je asinkroni motor napajan iz pretvarača napona i frekvencije. Tijekom izrade diplomskog rada upotpunjen je upravljački algoritam prema zahtjevima definiranim u projektu. Unaprijeđena je sigurnost sustava detekcijom prekoračenja brzine vrtnje te srednje vrijednosti momenta. Izvedena je automatska promjena prikaza na upravljačkom sučelju nakon dojave kvara te osigurano da sustav radi stabilno i sigurno u slučaju mogućih kvarova, prorade zaštita, nestanka napajanja ili gubitka komunikacije između upravljačkih uređaja. Unaprijeđen je sustav mjerenja momenta kroz implementaciju filtra za pomično usrednjavanje a preciznost spomenutog filtra je provjerena umjeravanjem. Sustav je dovršen u siječnju 2015. i bit će korišten u sklopu nastave i ispitivanja. Tijekom pisanja diplomskog rada sastavljene su upute za korištenje ispitne stanice koje su namijenjene operateru i studentima FSB-a.

Abstract (english)

A new ICE test bed has been built in the Motor Vehicles Lab at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb. An asynchronous motor powered by a frequency converter has been used as a dynamic brake. During the development of this thesis the control algorithm (PLC) for the brake has been optimized and completed according to the project demands. Improved safety was implemented through brake speed and mean torque monitoring. In case of any alarm detection, loss of communication or power supply an automatic HMI screen switch will occur and the system safety has been ensured through emergency braking and ICE shutdown procedures. The electric brake mean torque calculation has been improved by adding a moving average filter. Filter performance was proofed through brake testing procedures (precisely anticipated load torque). The test bed construction and optimization was finished in January 2015. From then onwards it will be used in ICE testing and student/scientific experiments. During the completion of this thesis an Operation manual for the test bed has been put together as reference.
