Abstract

Za određivanje nadomjesne RLC sheme sklopa na temelju ovisnosti impedancije o frekvenciji potrebno je riješiti problem pronalaska najboljeg modela te problem pronalaska parametara modela. Analizatori impedancije su uređaji koji rješavaju ta dva problema, no njihova cijena ih čini nepristupačnima. LCR metar je jeftiniji uređaj koji ima mogućnost mjerenja impedancije na nizu različitih frekvencija. Predložen je algoritam LCR-fit koji može iz mjerenja dobivenih LCR metrom određuje nadomjesnu RLC shemu izmjerenog elektroničkog sklopa. Predloženi algoritam se sastoji od imunološkog algoritma, algoritma simuliranog kaljenja, genetskog algoritma te lokalne pretrage.

Abstract (english)

To find an equivalent circuit model of an electronic circuit one needs to solve the problem of selecting the best model and the problem of tuning the model's parameters. Impedance analyzers are devices that solve this kind of problems, but their price often makes them inaccessible. LCR meters are more affordable devices that can measure impedance on different frequencies. LCR-fit algorithm was proposed for equivalent circuit model discovery from LCR meter measurements of an electronic circuit. The proposed algorithm consists of an immunological algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm, genetic algorithm and local search.
