Abstract

Senzor pritiska na pedali električnog bicikla moguće je ugraditi koristeći
otporničke senzore iz kućne vage zbog minimalnih dimenzija i točnosti mjerenja
neovisno o mjestu pritiska. U ovom radu opisani su senzori, elektroničko sklopovlje
i napajanje koji su ugrađeni u pedalu kako bi se mjerila jačina pritiska. Objašnjena je
bežična komunikacija između pedala i glavnog računala na električnom biciklu te
programska podrška potrebna za adekvatan rad mikrokontrolera i radio modula.
Sustav je testiran na test pobudu tako da je uspoređen odziv s test pobudom
pritiska. Podatke o jačini pritiska potrebno je integrirati s podacima o jačini gasa na
volanu (struja I FAC ) za što se koristi Kalmanov filtar.

Abstract (english)

The pressure sensor on the electric bicycle pedal can be mounted using
resistance sensors like sensors used in the home scales because of the minimum
dimensions and accuracy regardless of the pressure point. This thesis describes the
sensors, electronic printed circuit board and supply voltage that are incorporated in
the pedal to measure the pressure gain. Wireless communication between the
pedals and the main computer on the electric bicycle is explained in this project
and the software required for te adequate work of microcontroller and radio
module. The system was tested on a test function and compared the reaction with
a pressure test. Pressure data should be integrated with the data about I FAC current
which the Kalman filter is used.
