Abstract

U ovom završnom radu opisan je način na koji je ostvarena automatizacija modela okretnog stola korištenjem programirljivog logičkog kontrolera (PLC) serije S7-1500 tvrtke Siemens i simuliranog operatorskog panela. Program je pisan u TIA portalu, Siemensovom softverskom rješenju za industrijsku automatizaciju, programskim jezikom SCL (strukturirani programski jezik). Ostvarena su dva režima rada: ručni i automatski. U ručnom režimu se preko operatorskog panela ručno upravlja pojedinim dijelovima modela, dok se u automatskom načinu cijelim modelom upravlja napisanim upravljačkim algoritmom. Cijeli program je eksperimentalno testiran na danom modelu okretnog stola.

Abstract (english)

This thesis describes how the automation of the turntable model was achieved using the programmable logic controller (PLC) Siemens S7-1500 and simulated operator panel. The program is written in TIA portal, the Siemens software solution for industrial automation, using SCL (Structured Control Language). Two working modes have been realized: manual and automatic. In manual mode, individual parts of the model are manually operated using the operator panel and in the automatic mode the entire model is managed by the written management algorithm. The whole program has been experimentally tested on the supplied turntable model.
