Abstract

U ovom radu opisan je postupak automatizacije modela sustava otprašivanja. Objašnjeni su osnovni elementi i principi rada analiziranog sustava. Nacrtana je elektro shema sustava koja prikazuje sva ožičenja između uređaja koji se nalaze u ormaru i izvan ormara. Sustavom upravlja PLC (ABB). Program za PLC je napisan u jeziku Structured text. Napravljeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje HMI (ABB) te mrežno sučelje koje omogućava daljinsku dijagnostiku i nadzor. Brzinom vrtnje odsisnog ventilatora upravlja frekvencijski pretvarač (Danfoss) u kojem je podešen zahtjev za regulaciju po tlaku. Regulacija po tlaku testirana je na stvarnom sustavu.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the automation procedure of a dedusting system model. It explains the basic elements and work principles of the analyzed system. Electrical scheme of the system displays all wiring between devices that are found within an electrical closet and outside. The system is managed by PLC (ABB). The program for PLC is written in Structured text language. A visual HMI (ABB) and network interface was made which enables remote diagnostics and oversight. The fan speed is controlled by a frequency converter (Danfoss) in which is set a requirement for pressure regulation. The pressure regulation was tested on a real system.
