Abstract

U okviru ovog diplomskog rada proučene su topologije za generiranje sinusnog napon i struje iz istosmjernih izvora korištenjem širinsko-impulsne modulacije i tranzistorskog mosta. Također su proučene i metode regulacije strujnih sinusnih izvora te su razmotrene njihove prednosti i nedostaci. U MATLAB Simulink programskom paketu razvijen je model punog tranzistorskog mosta, filtracije izlaza mosta i mjerenja struje na trošilu za tri faze pomoću Simscape biblioteke te su ostvareni PI i PR regulatori i širinsko-impulsni modulator pomoću standardnih Simulink blokova. Ostvareno je sklopovsko rješenje za jednu fazu djelomično temeljeno na Simulink modelu, a sklopovsko rješenje je podijeljeno na dvije tiskane pločice. Na prvoj tiskanoj pločici nalazi se puni tranzistorski most s upravljačkim sklopovljem i izlazni filtar, a energetski dio galvanski je odvojen od pločice s mikrokontrolerom i mjernim pojačalima. Na drugoj pločici nalaze se konektori za priključivanje STM32F4 Discovery razvojnog sustava, referentni izvor za analogno-digitalni pretvornik i pojačala za mjerenje struje i napona na teretu. Za razvojni sustav ostvarena je programska podrška za regulaciju struje na izlazu mosta, gdje se za regulaciju koristi proporcionalno-rezonantni regulator. Prikazani su rezultati dobiveni ekperimentalnom verifikacijom sklopovlja u laboratorijskim uvjetima.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the topologies for generating sinusoidal voltage and current from DC sources by using the pulse-width modulation (PWM) and transistor bridge were studied. Methods for regulating single-frequency sinusoidal current sources were also studied and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed. A model of a transistor full-bridge was developed in MATLAB Simulink program package, along with output filter and three-phase current measurement using the Simscape library, and PI and PR controllers and PWM modulators were realized by using standard Simulink blocks. The one-phase hardware solution was developed, based partially on the Simulink model, and the hardware solution was divided into two printed circuit boards. The first printed circuit board contains a full transistor bridge with a control circuit and an output filter, while this energy part is also galvanically isolated from the board with microcontroller and amplifiers. The second printed circuit board have connectors for STM32F4 Discovery development system, reference voltage for analogue-to-digital converter and amplifiers for measuring current and voltage on the load. Software for current regulation for the development system was developed, where the proportional-resonant controller is used for current regulation. The results obtained by experimental verification in laboratory conditions were presented.
