Abstract

U ovom je radu realiziran algoritam upravljanja modelom obradnog centra s rotirajućim stolom upotrebom programskog jezika SCL. Model obradnog centra reprezentira industrijsko postrojenje za prešanje gdje se transport predmeta obavlja navedenim rotirajućim stolom. Za realizaciju sustava automatizacije korišten je programirljivi logički kontroler (PLC) Siemens S7-1500 i programski alati TIA Portal (Step7, WinCC). Izrađeno je programsko rješenje upravljanja, vizualizacijsko sučelje kojim je moguće upravljati postrojenjem te je taj model postrojenja testiran kako bi se utvrdile eventualne greške i mogućnosti za poboljšanje algoritma.

Abstract (english)

This paper contains the realization of the algorithm for the control of the machining center model with a rotating table. The processing center model represents an industrial press facility where the processed item is transported via rotating table. Algorithm is implemented using the SCL programming language on the Siemens S7-1500 programmable logic controller (PLC) with the help of TIA Portal software (Step7, WinCC). A program solution was developed as well as visualization interface which can be used to manage the model plant. Model of the plant was tested to determine any possible errors as well as possibilities to improve the algorithm.
