Abstract
Svrha ovog rada bila je uspješna priprema i ugradnja 10 litij-ionskih baterijskih paketa u električno golf vozilo. Opisano je funkcioniranje jednostavnog električnog vozila i njegovih osnovnih dijelova. Opisane su fizikalne karakteristike litij-ionskih baterija kao i način rukovanja. Prikazan je postupak izrade i ugradnje baterijskih paketa. Nadalje vozilo je pušteno u pogon, a sve promijene unutar vozila tijekom procesa revitalizacije dokumentirane su i nacrtane u priloženoj električnoj shemi.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper was to successfully prepare and install 10 lithium-ion battery packs in an electric golf cart. This paper describes operation of simple electric vehicles and its basic parts. The physical characteristics of lithium-ion batteries are described as well as the way of handling them. The process of preparation and installing battery packs is also shown. Furthermore, the vehicle was put into operation, all changes within the vehicle during revitalization are documented and drawn in the attached electrical diagram.
