Abstract

Kvaliteta mjerenja koja se provode digitalnim multimetrima ovise o njihovoj točnosti. Umjeravanjem se provjerava radi li digitalni multimetar u skladu s propisanim specifikacijama. Postoje više preporuka kako bi se trebao izvršiti postupak umjeravanja digitalnih multimetara. Jedna od njih je dokument EURAMET cg-15: Guidelines on the calibration of digital multimeters, version 3.0 (02/2015). Postupkom umjeravanja potrebno je procijeniti jesu li mjerni rezultati zajedno s pripadnim proširenim mjernim nesigurnostima u skladu sa specifikacijama digitalnog multimetra danih od proizvođača. Središnji dio diplomskog rada izrada je LabVIEW programa koji omogućuje gotovo potpunu automatizaciju postupka umjeravanja digitalnog multimetra Keithley 2000 korištenjem standardiziranog kalibratora Fluke 5700A.

Abstract (english)

The quality of measurements made by digital multimeters depend on their accuracy. Calibration of digital multimeters checks if digital multimeters work accordingly with their specifications. There are several documents that have recommendations how the calibration procedure of digital multimeters should be made. One of them is a guide EURAMET cg-15: Guidelines on the calibration of digital multimeters, version 3.0 (02/2015). The goal of the calibration procedure is to assess if the measurement results along with their measurement uncertainties are in compliance with the multimeter specifications. The main part of the diploma thesis is the creation of a LabVIEW project that offers an almost completely automated calibration procedure for the calibration of multimeter Keithley 2000 using the Fluke 5700A calibrator.
