Abstract

Hoteli su potrošači električne energije iz kategorije Poduzetništvo te, osim potrošene
energije, plaćaju i mjesečnu angažiranu snagu koja se računa kao najveća prosje
čna potrošnja tijekom 15 minuta. S druge strane, s obzirom na sve veći broj električnih
vozila i zahtjeve gostiju, u hotelima se javlja potreba za investiciju u punionice za
električna vozila. Budući da su punionice za električna vozila potrošači velike snage,
no male potrošnje električne energije, mogu značajno utjecati na povećanje angažirane
snage hotela. Stoga se, uz instalaciju punionica za električna vozila, razmatra i instalacija
baterijskog spremnika energije koji može smanjiti troškove angažirane snage,
ali i prebaciti dio potrošnje iz visoke u nisku tarifu. Zadatak je definirati matemati
čki model optimalne investicije hotela u punionice za električna vozila i baterijski
spremnik energije. Matematička formulacija će se implementirati u optimizacijskom
softveru GAMS, a proračuni će se provesti za različite zahtijevane snage punionica i
cijene baterijskog spremnika.

Abstract (english)

Hotels are electric energy consumers of category Poduzetništvo and, apart from
energy, they pay for monthly engaged power which is the highest average consumption
during 15 minutes. On the other hand, as the number of electric vehicles is getting
bigger and as the costumers have their demands, there is a need for hotel’s investment
in electric vehicle charging stations. Since these charging stations are big power, but
small energy consumers, they can greatly affect the highest power of the month. Therefore,
apart from EV charging station installation, the hotels are thinking of installing
a statonary batteries which could reduce the cost of highest power, but also make part
of energy consumption to happen during night, when the energy costs less. The task is
to mathematically define the model of optimal investment of a hotel in electric vehicle
charging station and stationary batteries. Mathematical formulation is going to be implemented
in GAMS optimisation software, where all the calculations for diverse cost
of stationary batteries are going to be done.
