Abstract

Elektroenergetski sustav je najveći, najutjecajniji i najskuplji tehnički sustav na Zemlji. Zbog toga je važno smetnje i kvarove u njemu smanjiti na najmanju moguću mjeru. Prijenosni vodovi se zbog visokih struja kratkog spoja štite distantnom zaštitom koja osigurava selektivnost i brzo djelovanje. Distantna zaštita je implementirana relejima, među kojima se numerički ističu zato što mogu objediniti sve funkcije svojih prethodnika te imaju dodatne mogućnosti poput komunikacije i lakšeg upravljanja. Nakon analize širokih mogućnosti numeričkih releja te opisa postupka postavljanja, prikazana je njihova primjena na prijenosnom vodu Hrvatskog operatora prijenosnog sustava.

Abstract (english)

Power system is the largest and the most influenced technical system on the Earth. Because of that it is important to reduce faults as much as possible. Transmission lines are protected with distance protection because of high currents in case of short circuits. Distance protection is implemented by relays and ensures discrimination and fast reaction. Numerical relays are used above others because they can obtain all standard functions with additional features such as communication and interface which is easy to operate. After analyzing broad possibilities of numerical relays it is shown their apply on Croatian Transmission System Operator.
