Abstract

U ovom radu opisani su postupci uhodavanja AD-FMCOMMS5 MIMO 4x4 radiokomunikacijske platforme temeljene na dva Analog Devices AD9361 primopredajnička integrirana kruga na Xilinx ZC706 razvojnom sustavu. Detaljno su opisane mogućnosti AD-FMCOMMS5 platforme te sklopovlja na platformi. Posebno težište je stavljeno na razvoj algoritma za rješavanje faznog disbalansa između lokalnih oscilatora (LO) pojedinih AD9361 integriranih krugova, te na usklađivanje faza takta korištenog za vođenje digitalnog... More sklopovlja u programabilnoj logici. Ispravnost i preciznost algoritma verificirana je u laboratorijskim uvjetima. Opisani su postupci programiranja sklopovlja u AD9361 primopredajničkom lancu, te je u programskom jeziku C napisan jednostavan prijamnik za demonstraciju mogućnosti AD-FMCOMMS5 platforme.

Abstract (english)

This master's thesis describes procedures necessary for interfacing AD-FMCOMMS5 MIMO 4x4 radio communications platform based on two Analog Devices AD9361 transceiver integrated circuits with the Xilinx ZC706 development board. The capabilities of AD-FMCOMMS5 hardware circuitry and the platform itself were described in detail. The main focus of this thesis is the development of an algorithm for correction of phase imbalance between local oscillators (LOs) of two AD9361 integrated circuits and... More synchronization of phases of clocks used to run the digital circuitry in programmable logic. The proper functioning and accuracy of the algorithm were verified in laboratory conditions. The procedures for programming various AD9361 hardware in the transceiver chain were described in detail and a simple radio receiver was written in the C programming language to demonstrate the capabilities of the AD-FMCOMMS5 platform.
