Abstract

Programirljivi logički kontroleri imaju sve veći utjecaj u industriji zbog svoje jednostavnosti i pouzdanosti te su oni ključni element industrijske automatizacije. Iz tog razloga, razne tvrtke su odlučile razvijati svoje PLC-e, a među najistaknutijima našla se i tvrtka Siemens. U ovom završnom radu koristio se Siemensov program TIA Portal v14 pomoću kojega se automatizirao model okretnog stola.

Upravljački program pisan je u ladder diagramu koji je sličan relejnoj logici te predstavlja standard u današnjoj industriji radi preglednosti, olakšanog programiranja programskih blokova te lakog otkrivanja greški budući da je moguće vizualno nadgledati proces.

Cilj ovog rada bio je automatizirati cijeli proizvodni proces, bez obzira koliko predmeta dolazi na ulaz postrojenja, što je i postignuto upravljačkim programom, a testirano sa 3 predmeta. Također, napravljeno je i korisničko sučelje preko kojeg se može upravljati proizvodnjom, bilo ručno bilo automatski. Time se napravio realan model kakav bi se stvarno i koristio u industriji.

Abstract (english)

Programmable logic controllers have an increasing impact on industry due to their simplicity and reliability and are a key element of industrial automation. For this reason, various companies have decided to develop their own PLCs, and among the most prominent ones is definitely Siemens. In this final paper, the Siemens program TIA Portal v14 was used to automate the turntable model.

The driver is written in a ladder diagram that is similar to relay logic and is a standard in today's industry for the sake of simplicity, programming of program blocks and easy detection of errors since it is possible to visually monitor the process.

The aim of this paper was to automate the entire production process, no matter how many items came to the plant entry, which was achieved by a driver program and tested with 3 items. Also, a user interface was created, from which it is possible to manage production either manually or automatically. This made a realistic model that would really be used in the industry.
