Abstract

Napredak tehnologije, niža cijena elektronike i povećana dostupnost širokopojasnog Internata doveli su do povećanja broja mrežno povezanih uređaja u Internetu stvari. Predviđa se da će broj stvari u skoroj budućnosti dosegnuti nekoliko milijardi. Sa svakom takvom stvari mora se moći komunicirati, upravljati, podešavati parametre i sl. Zbog toga danas postoje na stotine platformi koje upravljaju stvarima. Kako ne postoji jedinstven standard za Internet stvari, te su platforme izgrađene koristeći vlastite standarde ovisno o proizvođaču ili domeni primjene. To predstavlja problem u razvoju Interneta stvari jer onemogućava interoperabilnost platformi.
U okviru ovog rada objašnjen je i analiziran problem interoperabilnosti u Internetu stvari, objašnjene su trenutno najkorištenije platforme te standardi i projekti koji se razvijaju u svrhu postizanja interoperabilnosti. U drugom dijelu rada prikazan je primjer postizanja interoperabilnosti između platforme temeljene na Node-RED-u i platforme temeljene na OpenHAB-u koristeći radni okvir symbIoTe.

Abstract (english)

The advancement of technology, wide availability of low cost electronics, and increased ubiquitous broadband Internet connection have led to an increase in a number of different Internet connected machines. It is anticipated that the number of things connected to Internet will reach several billion in the near future. With such a large number of things, it is necessary to connect them, manage, adjust parameters, etc. Hundreds of platforms today manage these connected things. As there is no unique standard for the Internet of things, these platforms are often built by using proprietary standards depending on the manufacturer or domain application. It poses a problem for the progress of the Internet of things because it disables of the platform interoperability.
In this thesis, the most used platforms, standards and projects being developed to achieve interoperability are presented and analysed. The second part of the thesis demonstrates how symbIoTe framework can be used to achieve interoperability between platforms based on Node-RED and OpenHAB.
