Abstract

Namjena ovog rada je uspješna izrada distribuiranog upravljačkog sustava procesa kotla komine u tehnološkom procesu proizvodnje piva upotrebom Siemens PCS 7 programskog paketa te izrada vizualizacijskog sučelja. Kroz rad je opisan tehnološki proces proizvodnje piva, pri čemu se posebna pozornost posvetila procesu varionice, odnosno kotlu komine. Također opisan je postupak izrade kontinuiranih i sekvencijalnih funkcija, te postupak izrade vizualizacijskog sučelja. Sigurnost i pouzdanost izrađenog upravljačkog sustava provjerena je simulacijom sustava s realnim parametrima čime je potvrđeno kako izrađeni upravljački sustav zadovoljava sve tehničke karakteristike jednog realnog procesa proizvodnje piva

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this work is to successfully develop a distributed process control system of mash tun in the technological process of beer production using the Siemens PCS 7 program package and to create a visualization interface. Throughout the work, the technological process of beer production is described, with special emphasis on the process of the brewhouse that is mash tun. Also the process of making continuous and sequential functions is described, as well as the process of making a visualization interface. The safety and reliability of the created control system is verified by simulating the system with real parameters, confirming that the created control system meets all the technical characteristics of a real beer production process.
