Abstract

Ovaj rad se bavi problemima optimizacije gradskog cestovnog prometa, te analizom njihova utjecaja na razvoj budućih tehnologija sa ciljem kreiranja aplikacija za navigaciju korisnika od neke proizvoljne lokacije do konačnog cilja.
U prvome poglavlju su navedene i opisane najpoznatije matematičke metode optimizacije koje se koriste u rješavanju svakodenih problema u matematčkim znanostima. U nastavku su navedene neke računarske metode s kojima se često susrećemo u radu sa računalima, te prikazani algoritmi te primjeri svakoga od njih.
U drugom poglavljuse ovsrćemo na gradski cestovni promet i na sve parametre koji utječu na njegovu analizu, te na planiranje jednog velikog sustava gradskih cestovnih mreža. Također su navedene prednosti i mane složenosti ovakvog sustava, te navedeni primjeri nekih od češćih algoritma koji se koriste na analizi pronalaženja najkraćih putova jedne gradske mreže.
U trećem poglavlju se opisuje razvijena aplikacija uz pomoć koje korisnik može simulirati gradsku vožnju automobilom po željenoj lokaciji od proizvoljne početne točke do konačnog cilja.

Abstract (english)

This thesis' main focus is on the problems of optimization of city road networks and analysis of it's impact on the development of the future technologies with the goal of creating applications for user navigation from one random location to another.
In the first chapter it discusses and analyzes the most common mathematical methods of optimization which are used in solving the problems that mathematicians and physicists encounter daily. Also it lists certain computational methods which we often use in solving computer related work and algorithms for each of those examples.
In the second chapter it looks at city road network and all the parameters that affect its analysis, and planning of one big city road network system. It lists the pros and cons of a complexity of a such system adn describes examples of the more known and effective algorithms used to analyze and find the shortest paths in a given network.
And in the last chapter it describes the simulation developed along with this thesis, which helps the user create a random road network of his willing, and simulates a traffic flow of a vehicle in a path the user selected from the starting node till the desired destination node.
