Abstract

Pouzdana opskrba električnom energijom dopušta minimalna odstupanja od referentnih vrijednosti napona u sustavu, a ekonomična opskrba podrazumjeva minimalne gubitke u sustavu. Napon je lokalna značajka elektroenergetskog sustava i mijenja se ovisno o opterećenju sustava. Kako naponi ne bi odstupali više od ±10% od referentnih vrijednosti potrebna je regulacija napona. Moguća je regulacija iznosa i regulacija kuta napona. Napone (iznos i kut) te posljedično tokove snaga (jalovih i djelatnih) moguće je regulirati pomoću posebnih izvedbi transformatora, tzv. regulacijskih tranformatora i transformatora s mogućnošću regulacije kuta napona. U radu su obrađeni principi rada ovakvih transformatora i njihov utjecaj na EES te su u programskom paketu NEPLAN na modelu IEEE testne mreže od 24 čvorišta prikazane karakteristične pogonske prilike.

Abstract (english)

The reliable supply of electricity allows minimum deviations from the reference voltage in the system, and economical supply requires minimal losses. Voltage is a local feature of the electrical power system and varies depending on the system load. Voltage regulation is required because it should not differ by more than ± 10% from the reference value. It is possible to control the amount and angle of voltage. Voltages (amount and angle) and consequently power flows (reactive and real power) can be controlled by using special kinds of transformers, the regulating and phase-shifting transformers. This paper deals with the working principles of transformers and their impact on the electrical power system. The typical operating conditions are shown on the IEEE reliability test system of 24 nodes modeled in the NEPLAN software.
