Abstract

Projektiranje visokonaponskih prekidača najčešće podrazumijeva dvije obaveze: prikaz utjecaja prekidača na elektroenergetski sustav i određivanje geometrije komore za gašenje električnog luka. U ovom radu su detaljno razrađene metode simulacije prekidača u strujnom krugu i obrađeni su elementarni fizikalni procesi električnog luka u plinovima i vakuumu.

Modeli crnih kutija za simulaciju su opisani diferencijalnim jednadžbama. Navedene su pretpostavke uz koje su razni autori modificirali opću jednadžbu i dan je pregled modela i njihov opseg. Naglasak je stavljen na klasične Cassie i Mayr modele i na hibridni Habedank model.

U programu Simulink je numerički izračunata teorijska strujna i naponska karakteristika. Iz dobivenih grafova su analizirani karakteristični naponski predjeli kao što su: napon luka u periodu velike struje, nagli porast napona neposredno prije gašenja luka i prijelazni napon oporavka.

Proveden je postupak određivanja parametara Cassie, Mayr i Habedank modela iz numeričke obrade mjernih podataka uz pomoć matematičkog programskog alata „Wolfram Mathemtica“.

Abstract (english)

Designing high-voltage switches usually implies the following tasks: understanding how switches affect electromagnetic systems and determining the geometry of the chamber used for extinguishing the electric arc. In this thesis I will cover methods for simulating switches in electric circuits and elementary physical laws of electric arcs in gasses and in vacuum.

The black box models used in simulations are derived with differential equations. The assumptions which further modify the general equation are presented as well as the scope of different models and their range. Further emphasis has been put on the classic Cassie, Mayr and hybrid Habedank models.

The theoretical current and voltage characteristic has been numerically calculated using Simulink. Certain parts of graphs obtained from the results of these simulations such as the voltage during the time periods of high currents, severe voltage spikes just before extinguishing the electric arc and transient recovery voltage were subject to further analysis.

The method used for determining parameters of Cassie, Mayr and Habedank models was carried out using the numerical processing of measured data with the use of Wolfram Mathematica program.
