Abstract

Raspad elektroenergetskog sustava predstavlja najteže pogonsko stanje koje nastaje istodobnim djelovanjem više neupravljivih događaja. Osim tehničkih, raspad sustava uzrokuje i ogromne ekonomske i socijalne posljedice. U radu su opisani primjeri raspada iz prošlosti te složeni upravljački proces restauracije sustava na konkretnom primjeru. Naglasak je stavljen na određene tehničke standarde i procedure pri ponovnom upuštanju iz beznaponskog stanja. Prikazana je i simulacija restauracije sustava na zamišljenom scenariju. Uz to, opisane su komponente koje imaju utjecaj na sigurnost sustava te moguće mjere protiv širenja poremećaja. Dobiveni uvid u analizu raspada pomaže u sprječavanju budućih raspada.

Abstract (english)

The blackout of power system represents the worst system condition that occurs by simultaneous performance of several roots. The blackout of system causes enormous technical but also economic and social consequences. This thesis gives an overview of various examples of the blackouts from the history and a real-life example of power system restoration.The most important components of restoration are the technical standards and procedures by restarting system after blackout. A simulation of power system restoration is also shown on the imaginary scenario. Additionally, there is a description of the components that affect the power system security and possible protections against the spread of disorders. The insight in analysis of the blackout helps preventing the future blackouts.
