Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je automatizacija pokretne trake uz pomoć programibilnog logičkog kontrolera. Model pokretne trake sastoji se od nekoliko transportnih traka i dva klizača. Predviđeno je da objekt postavljen na početak procesa, prođe cijeli put do kraja završne trake bez ikakvog utjecaja čovjeka. Na svom putu objekt je potrebno obraditi uz pomoć glodalice i bušilice.
U prvom poglavlju objašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi vezani za automatizaciju, te koja je njena uloga u životu čovjeka.
U drugom je poglavlju obrađen PLC kontroler. Objašnjene su vrste kontrolera, te istaknute njihove prednosti i mane. Na posljetku su objašnjene uloge procesorskih jedinica, kao i ulazno/izlaznih modula. Načinjena je usporedba PLC kontrolera s računalom opće namjene, te istaknuto zašto računalo ne može zamijeniti kontroler u zadaćama koje on obavlja.
Treće poglavlje opisuje razvoj programske potpore u najraširenijem programskom jeziku PLC kontrolera, a to je ljestvičasti (LAD) dijagram. Objašnjeno je kako se programira, te koji se programski elementi najviše koriste.
Četvrto poglavlje opisuje model pokretne trake koji je trebalo automatizirati. Svaki je dio programskog koda detaljno objašnjen, kao i logika koja se koristila u pravljenju istog.
Sva programska potpora načinjena je u programskom paketu SIMATIC STEP 7 (TIA Portal).

Abstract (english)

The topic of this final work is the automation of the conveyor belt with the help of a programmable logic controller. Model of conveyor belt is consisted of several conveyor belts and two sliders. Plan is to put item on the start of the first conveyor belt and pass it all the way to the end of final conveyor belt without any human interfere. On its way, item must be processed with the milling cutter and drill.
The first chapter explains the basic concept of automation, and its role in the life of man.
The second chapter deals with the PLC controller. Explains the types of controllers, and highlights their advantages and disadvantages. After that explains the role of processing unit and input/output modules. The comparison between controller and personal computer is made, and it is highlighted why the computer cannot replace the PLC in its tasks.
The third chapter describes software development in the most widely used programming language of PLC controllers, and it is the ladder (LAD) diagram. It is explained how to program, and which elements are used most frequently.
The fourth chapter describes the model of conveyor belt that is supposed to automate. Each part of the program code explained in detail, as well as the logic that was used in its making.
All software development is mad in software package SIMATIC STEP 7 (TIA Portal).
