Abstract

Baterije su danas sve važniji dio električnih uređaja koje sve više koristimo. Najviše se koriste Li-ion baterije. LiFePO4 su vrsta Li-ion baterija. Zbog svojih prednosti kao što su sigurnost od zapaljenja i velikog broja ciklusa punjenja su često korištene u električnim vozilima. Osjetljive su na prekomjerno punjenje i prekomjerno pražnjenje i zbog toga je potreban sustav za nadzor baterija iliti BMS. Primarna funkcija sustava za nadzor baterija je sprečavanje prekomjernog punjenja i pražnjenja, ali je dobro da ima još neke funkcije koju su korisne za produženje životnog vijeka baterije i praćenje njihovog stanja.

Abstract (english)

Today batteries are more and more important parts of electronic devices that we use. The most used are Li-ion batteries. LiFePO4 are kind of Li-ion batteries. Because of their advantages like fire and explosion safety and large number of charging and discharging cycles they are oftenly used in electric vehicles. They are sensitive on overcharge and overdischarge and because of that they require battery managment system or just BMS. Primary function of battery managment system is to prevent overcharging and overdischarging, but it is desirable that battery managment system has some other functions too which are helpful for prolonging battery life and tracking their state.
