Abstract

Provedena je implementacija tiristor u tehnologiji tranzistora s horizontalnim tokom struje. Takva implementacija je provedena zamjenom dopanada u području anode. Struktura je dimenzija 5x0,7 um. Provedene su statičke, tranzijentne i temperaturne simulacije nad tom strukturom.

Abstract (english)

Implementations of an scr in horizontal current bipolar transistor were made. This was achieved changing the doping profile in the anode sector. Dimensions of the structure were 5x0,7 um. Statical, transient and temperature simulations were made.
