Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je napraviti aplikaciju za upravljanje odnosom s potrošačima. Aplikacije ovog tipa koristi svaki biznis koji ima veći broj klijenata. Aplikacija omogućuje pregled i unos individualnih i korporativnih klijenata i službu podrške internim i vanjskim korisnicima. Aplikacija je napravljena u razvojnoj okolini Visual Studio 2012 u jeziku C#, u radnom okviru ASP.NET MVC 4 i .NET Framework 4.5. Baza podataka je napravljena sa SQL Server Management Studio te povezana s aplikacijom putem ADO.NET Entity Framework tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this thesis was to develop a consumer relationship aplication. These applications are used by every business with a larger number of clients. This application provides entry and browsing data of individual and corporative clients and a help-desk system for internal and external users. The application was made in the Visual Studio 2012 development environment using C# programming language and ASP.NET MVC 4 and .NET Framework 4.5 frameworks. System database was made with SQL Server Management Studio and connected to the application using ADO.NET Entity Framework technology.
