Abstract

Procjena stanja elektroenergetskog sustava jedan je od osnovnih proračuna pri nadzoru i upravljanju elektroenergetskim sustavom te se provodi u gotovo svim kontrolnim centrima za vođenje sustava. Statička procjena stanja upotrebljava se za sigurnosne analize, izračun razmjene energije, izračun gubitaka, proračune kratkog spoja te studijske analize za potrebe optimizacije i planiranja pogona. Zbog tih razloga razvijene su brojne metode procjene stanja kako bi se što preciznije procijenilo stanje sustava u nekom trenutku. Tradicionalna metoda procjene stanja temelji se na metodi najmanjih vaganih kvadrata. Cilj ovog rada bilo je razviti estimator stanja koji će moći primijeniti osnovne principe procjene stanja elektroenergetskog sustava. Razvijeni estimator stanja temelji se na metodi najmanjih vaganih kvadrata i simuliran je na IEEE modelu mreže s 9 čvorišta.

Abstract (english)

Power system state estimation represents one of the core calculations during monitoring and operation of the electric power system, and is present at almost every distribution center. Static-state estimation is used for safety analysis, calculation of energy transfer between systems, calculation of losses, short-circuit calculations, optimization analysis and system operation planning. For those reasons many state estimation methods have been developed in order to predict the system state at a given moment. Traditional state estimation methods are based on weighted least squares algorithm. The aim of this study was to develop a state estimator which will be able to apply basic state estimation principles. Developed estimator is based on weighted least squares method and was applied on IEEE 9-bus test system.
