Abstract

Upravljanje sinkronim strojem s trajnim magnetima (SMPM) realizirano je integracijom SMPM stroja u sustav s frekvencijskim pretvaračem SINAMICS S120 i programirljivim logičkim kontrolerom (PLC) SIMATIC S7-1500 kao nadređenom jedinicom. Za parametriranje frekvencijskog pretvarača korišten je programski alat Starter, a za izradu upravljačkog programa korišten je TIA Portal. Za povezivanje PLC-a s regulatorom za jednostavno pozicioniranje (EPos basic positioner) korišten je Telegram 111. Upravljački program za apsolutno i relativno pozicioniranje, te pokretanje sekvence programskih blokova, realiziran je korištenjem ljestvičastih dijagrama u programskom okruženju TIA Portal. Za zadavanja referentne brzine i ciljne pozicije koristi se dinamičko mrežno sučelje ili simulacija sučelja čovjek - stroj (HMI) u programu WINCC.

Abstract (english)

Control of synchronous machine with permanent magnet (SMPM) realized as the integration of SMPM machine into the system with frequency converter SINAMICS S120 and programmable logic controller (PLC) SIMATIC S7-1500 as the master unit. For parameterization of the frequency converter was used a software Starter, and for making the control application was used TIA Portal software. To connect the PLC to the controller for easy positioning (Epos basic positioner) was used Telegram 111. The application for the absolute and relative positioning, and starting the sequence of program blocks, is realized using the Ladder logic diagrams inside programming environment of the TIA Portal. For setting the reference speed and target position has been used dynamic web interface or simulation of human machine interface (HMI) using the software WinCC.
