Abstract

U ovom radu opisane su osnovne značajke velikih skupova podataka te arhitekture i algoritmi koji se koriste kako bi se riješilo probleme koji dolaze sa obradom, analizom i pretragom takvih skupova podataka. Opisan je koncept e-Zdravstva te sustavi koji se koriste kako bi se poboljšala zdravstvena skrb kroz informacijsku tehnologiju. Od alata za rad s velikim skupovima podataka pobliže su opisani alati za pretragu velikih skupova podataka. Pokazani su primjeri korištenja navedenih alata za pretragu velikih skupova podataka te je napravljena usporedba između 2 takva alata, Apache Solr-a i Elasticsearch-a. Kako je u sklopu rada razvijen i modul koji demonstrira mogućnosti Apache Solr platforme, arhitektura i dizajn tog modula detaljno su opisani kroz UML dijagrame. Napisane su upute za korištenje korisničkog sučelja modula te je opisano testiranje samog modula. Također su napisane i upute za instalaciju potrebnih sustava te instalaciju samog modula na OpenMRS sustav.

Abstract (english)

In this diploma thesis main features of Big Data were described, including examples of architecture and algorithms that are used to solve problems of processing, analysis and search of this type of data. Concept of e-Health is described, and with it the systems that are used to improve healthcare through information technology. Of all the tools that are used to work with Big Data, those that are used to search big data sets are analyzed in detail. Examples of usage of these tools were shown, and comparison between two tools (Apache Solr and Elasticsearch) is done. Design and architecture of Apache Solr module for OpenMRS e-Health system that was developed is described in great detail through use of UML diagrams. User instructions for graphical user interface of the module were written and testing of the module is also documented. Instructions for installation of needed systems and Apache Solr OpenMRS module can also be found in the thesis.
