Abstract

U ovom radu bavili smo se implementacijom numeričkog metode optimizacije za traženje točke maksimalnog potencijala unutar proizvoljnog, jednoliko nabijenog trokuta. Za implementaciju su korištene funkcije iz biblioteke GSL te gotova formula za potencijal proizvoljne točke unutar jednoliko nabijenog trokuta.
U prvom djelu opisana je osnovna ideja za izvod formule za potencijal proizvoljne točke unutar jednoliko nabijenog trokuta. Zatim je opisan zadatak i karakteristike numeričkih metoda za optimizaciju te način rada „Downhill Simplex“ metode. Treće poglavlje bavi se implementacijom u programskom jeziku ANSI C. Nakon osnovnih informacija o GSL biblioteki opisana je implementacija formule za potencijal (funkcije trianglepot i analpot), algoritama za maksimizaciju (tripotminimizer) i funkcije za testiranj (treipot-tester). Na kraju se nalazi reprodukcija primjera iz natječaja Artes Calculi i usporedba rješenja.

Abstract (english)

In this work, we dealt with the implementation of numerical optimization method for searching the point of maximum potential within an arbitrary, uniformly charged triangle. For the implementation we used functions from the GSL library and ready-made formula for potential of arbitrary point inside the uniformly charged triangle. First part describes the basic idea for the derivation of the formula for potential arbitrary point inside the uniformly charged triangle. Then we described the task and characteristics of numerical methods for optimization and explain how „Downhill Simplex“ method work. The third chapter deals with the implementation in programming language ANSI C. After giving some basic information on GSL library we described the implementation of the formula for the potential (functions trianglepot and analpot), algorithms to maximize (tripotminimizer) and functions for testing (treipot-tester). At the end of the work we compere examples from the Artes Calculi's contest with our results.
