Abstract

U radu je predočena tehnološka struktura tranzistora te zatim tehnologija gdje se ona primjenjuje. Osnovni sklopovi komparatora opisuju rad pojedinih dijelova, koji se koriste pri projektiranju komparatora. Prikazane su karakteristike projektiranog dvostupanjskog komparatora bez povratne veze. Analizirani su slučajevi komparatora s obzirom na potrebe njegovog rada. Analiziran je utjecaj kapacitivnog opterećenja na odziv komparatora. Prikazane su karakteristike projektiranog dvostupanjskog komparatora sa preklapajućim kapacitetima koji ima izvedenu kompenzaciju napona pomaka. Uspoređene su dvije izvedbe tih komparatora.

Abstract (english)

This work describes the technological structure of the transistor and then the technology where it is applied. The basic comparator circuits describe the operation of certain parts, which are used in the design of the comparator. There are shown characteristics of the projected two-stage comparator without feedback. We analyzed cases of comparators with regard to the needs of his work. We analyzed influence of the capacitive load on the response of the comparator. There are shown characteristics of the projected two-stage comparator with overlapping capabilities that has a constructive compensation voltage offset. A comparison between the two versions of the comparator is made.
