Abstract

U sklopu ovog rada proučena je mogućnost izgradnje integrirane Sunčeve elektrane na krovu stambene zgrade na adresi Balotin prilaz 2 u Novom Zagrebu. U sklopu toga su odabrani tehnološki elementi sustava te su određene točke za potencijalnu instalaciju fotonaponskih panela. Potom je ispitana razina zasjenjenja i ozračenja za svaku od tih točaka, računajući kretanja sunca na nebu pomoću visine sunca na nebu i kuta azimuta Sunca. Odabrane su konačne točke za smještaj fotonaponski panela u sustavu te je provedena tehno-ekonomska analiza potencijalne izgradnje 10 kW integrirane Sunčeve elektrane na predmetnoj lokaciji.
Također, dan je uvid u trenutno stanje tehnologije fotonaponskih modula. Dan je i dodatak o mogućim načinima financiranja jedna takova projekta, kao i upute kako steći pravo povlaštenog proizvođača električne energije.
Izračunato je da, nakon 25 godina i uz otkupnu cijenu 1,91 kn/kWh u prvih 14 godina, akumulirana diskontirana dobit (umanjena investicijskim troškom) iznosi 196.885 kn, što odgovara 226% inicijalnog investicijskog troška. Pri tome je uzeta diskontna stopa od 7% te pretpostavka kako će cijeli investicijski trošak na sebe preuzeti stanari zgrade. Zaključeno je i da godišnji iznosi dobiti nakon oporezivanja predstavljaju zadovoljavajuće iznose u nadoknadi ukupnih troškova zgrade na zajedničke potrebe za električnom energijom. Iako u kasnijem dijelu životnog vijeka postrojenja dobici opadaju, prva godina započinje s iznimno visokih 76,5% nadoknade ukupnih troškova te se i do šeste godine rada, u kojoj se očekuje isplata cijelog investicijskog troška, nadoknađuje i dalje visokih 73% ukupnih troškova za struju zajedničkih potreba.

Abstract (english)

Within this study, a possibility of building integrated photovoltaic solar power plant on the roof of the apartment building at Balotin prilaz 2 in Novi Zagreb has been reviewed. In this context, technological elements of the system have been selected and a certain points for the potential installation of photovoltaic panels have been appointed. The level of shading and irradiation for each of these points have then been calculated, counting the movement of the sun in the sky by the height of the sun in the sky and the azimuth angle of the sun. Final locations of the photovoltaic panels have been selected and a techno-economic analysis of the potential construction of 10 kW integrated solar photovoltaic power plant have been conducted.
The insight into the current state of the photovoltaic technology has also been given, as well as the possible ways to finance one such project and the instructions on how to acquire the status of privileged producer of electricity.
It has been calculated that, after the 25 years lifetime of the solar system, with a purchase price of 1.91 HRK/kWh for the first 14 years, the accumulated discounted profit (minus investment costs) is 196,885 HRK, which amounts to 226% of the initial investment. A discount rate of 7% has been included, as well as the assumption that the full investment cost will be taken over by the tenants of the building. It was also concluded that the annual profits (after being taxed) present satisfactory amounts in making up the total shared cost of the electricity for the building. Although late in the life of the solar power plant the profit declines, the first year starts with an extremely high 76.5% compensation of total shared costs and, in the 6th year of operation, in which the payout is expected, 73% of total shared cost for electricity is still compensated.
