Abstract

Ovaj rad istražuje mogućnost korištenja edukacijskih robota za procjenu prostorne vizualizacije učenika. Umjesto standardiziranih psiholoških testova, razvijen je model edukativne igračke u obliku Lego modela koja uključuje mikrokontroler ESP32-CAM i senzor MPU6050 za praćenje akceleracije i rotacije modela u prostoru. Nakon provedenih testiranja na uzorku studenata i prikupljanja podataka upotrebom fizičkih komponenti i Arduino IDE-a, prikupljeni podaci su analizirani u programskom jeziku... More Python uz pomoć algoritama strojnog učenja, konkretno algoritma K-sredina i hijerarhijskog algoritma grupiranja. Rezultati su pokazali da je moguće identificirati obrasce ponašanja pri rješavanju zadataka prostorne vizualizacije, a hijerarhijski algoritam pokazao se učinkovitijim u stabilnosti grupiranja. Rezultati dobiveni ovim radom ukazuju na potencijal primjene tehnoloških rješenja u analizi kognitivnih sposobnosti. Međutim, daljnja istraživanja trebala bi uključivati veće uzorke i dodatne metode optimizacije kako bi se povećala preciznost i pouzdanost rezultata. Less

Abstract (english)

This work explores the possibility of using educational robots to assess students' spatial visualization. Instead of standardized psychological tests, a Lego-shaped educational toy model was developed that includes an ESP32-CAM microcontroller and MPU6050 sensor for tracking the orientation of objects in space. After conducting tests on a sample of students and collecting data using physical components and the Arduino IDE, the collected data was analyzed in the Python programming language... More using machine learning algorithms, specifically the K-means algorithm and the hierarchical clustering algorithm. The results showed that it is possible to identify behavioral patterns when solving spatial visualization tasks, and the hierarchical algorithm proved to be more effective in clustering stability. The results obtained in this work indicate the potential of applying technological solutions to the analysis of cognitive abilities. However, further research should include larger samples and additional optimization methods to increase the precision and reliability of the results. Less
