Abstract

U radu je dan pregled tri različita modela negativnog kondenzatora, idealni nedisperzivni model, frekvencijski ograničeni model i pojasno-propusni model. Sva tri modela su matematički modelirana te su izvedeni uvjeti stabilnosti za serijsku i paralelnu kombinaciju pozitivnog i negativnog kondenzatora. Uvjeti stabilnosti su provjereni matematičkim metodama i simulacijama u Keysight ADS RF simulatoru. Provjerena je stabilnost za sva tri modela u mrežama s distribuiranim parametrima. Nakon analize modela pojasno-propusnog negativnog kondenzatora ispitana je mogućnost njegove implementacije u prekapčajućem pozitivno/negativnom kondenzatoru.

Abstract (english)

This thesis gives an overview of three different models of negative capacitor, ideal non-dispersive model, frequency-limited model and band-pass model. All three models were mathematically modeled and stability conditions were derived for the series and parallel combination of positive and negative capacitors. Stability conditions were verified by mathematical methods and simulations in a Keysight ADS RF simulator. Stability was checked for all three models in networks with distributed parameters. After the analysis of the model of the band-pass negative capacitor, the possibility of its implementation in the switching positive/negative capacitor was investigated.
