Abstract

Ova doktorska disertacija rezultat je istraživanja u području upravljanja sinkronim reluktantnim strojem. Prvi dio disertacije donosi matematički model sinkronog reluktantnog stroja, pregled najčešće korištenih algoritama upravljanja sinkronim reluktantnim strojem te osnovne koncepte modelskog prediktivnog upravljanja. Zatim je predstavljen znanstveni doprinos disertacije koji se sastoji od dva dijela: 1. metoda određivanja optimalnih vremena sklapanja poluvodičkih sklopki energetskog pretvarača zasnovana na nelinearnoj ovisnosti struja o magnetskim tokovima sinkronog reluktantnog stroja i 2. algoritam upravljanja momentom sinkronog reluktantnog stroja zasnovan na izravnom modelskom prediktivnom upravljanju uz konstantnu sklopnu frekvenciju. Predložena je sekvenca upravljanja poluvodičkim sklopkama energetskoga pretvarača kojom se oponašaju tehnike modulacije čime je ostvarena konstantna frekvencija sklapanja. Izvedena je metoda za određivanje optimalnih vremena sklapanja koja se temelji na gradijentima magnetskog toka. Definiran je odgovarajući optimizacijski problem s ciljem minimizacije odstupanja magnetskog toka od referentne vrijednosti te je predložen iterativni postupak za rješavanje optimizacijskog problema čijom se primjenom olakšava implementacija u digitalni sustav. Razvijena metoda i algoritam implementirani su u digitalni sustav te eksperimentalno potvrđeni na laboratorijskom postavu.

Abstract (english)

This dissertation is the result of research work in the field of synchronous reluctance machine control. The first part of the dissertation contains a mathematical model of a synchronous reluctance machine, an overview of the most common control algorithms for synchronous reluctance machines and the basic concepts of model predictive control. Then the scientific contribution of the dissertation is presented, which consists of two parts: 1. the method for determining the optimal switching times of the semiconductor switches of the power converter based on the nonlinear dependence of the currents on the magnetic fluxes of the synchronous reluctance machine and 2. the algorithm for torque control of the synchronous reluctance machine based on the direct model predictive control with constant switching frequency. A switching sequence mimicking modulation techniques was proposed to achieve a constant switching frequency. Then a method was developed to determine the optimal switching times based on the stator flux gradients. A suitable optimization problem was defined with the aim of minimizing the deviation of the stator flux from the reference value, and an iterative method was proposed to solve it in order to facilitate its implementation in a digital system. The developed method and algorithm were implemented in a digital system and confirmed experimentally in a laboratory setup.
